IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Appointment requests submitted after standard Business Office Hours (Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM) will be reviewed the next business day by 11:00 AM. 
• In order to send out our expert electrician in a vehicle stocked with thousands of parts, we do charge a nominal $69.00 dispatch fee. 
• Requested Dates may not be available in busy season; a representative from our scheduling department will contact you to either confirm the appointment or offer alternative dates if your requested date(s) are not available. 
• During peak season we may be booked further than your requested date.
• When requesting service or a quote, please allow for 48 hours advance notice.
• Appointments are booked for a 2 hour window (i.e. if you select the 8am timeslot, we will arrive between 8am and 10am on the day in which you requested service once your appointment request is confirmed).
